What I do

Five kinds of work, software first. Most jobs touch more than one.

  1. “Nothing off the shelf does what we need.”

    Software development

Web applications, business systems, integrations, AI connected to your own data, and software that talks to equipment. Built to run securely, tested, and handed over properly.

  2. “We type every order in twice.”

    Business system integration

Getting Xero, MYOB, ServiceM8, Shopify and the rest to share data, so nobody retypes it.

  3. “Everyone says AI. What would it actually do for us?”

    Practical AI for business

Finding the few jobs where AI genuinely saves time, setting it up with sensible rules, and saying so where it won’t help.

  4. “I need someone who understands all of it.”

    IT consulting

Someone to ask and someone to sort it: Microsoft 365, email, backups, security basics and the old server in the cupboard.

  5. “The Wi-Fi doesn’t reach the shed.”

    Networking

Wi-Fi across the whole property, links between buildings, and a second connection that takes over when the NBN drops out.

How quoting works

  1. A free chat. Tell me what’s going on, by the form, by email or on site.

  2. A look, where it needs one. On site for networks and hardware; at how you work now for software and integrations.

  3. A written quote. What I’ll do and what it costs, before any work starts.

  4. The work, then a handover. Notes you can follow: what’s there, how it fits together, and where the passwords live.

No support contracts. I work in projects and one-off jobs. When something needs doing later, get in touch and it’s quoted like the first one.

Not sure which one it is?

That’s normal. Tell me what’s going on and I’ll work out which bits it touches. The first chat is free.
