For MSPs, IT providers and agenciesYour clients need software. You don’t need to hire a developer.

I build integrations, automation and internal tools, and take over software other developers left behind. Pass the work to me, or I’ll do it under your name while you keep the client.

Two ways to work together

Refer the work

You introduce the client, and I scope, quote and do the job directly, with my own written quote and contract. You get a referral fee on every job you send, paid as the client pays, and you don’t carry the risk.

White label

I work as part of your team, under your name. Jobs are usually quoted at a fixed price, you get a partner discount on every quote, and you invoice the client at your own price while you stay their contact.

The referral fee and the partner discount are in the partner sheet. Tick the box on the form below and I’ll send it.

The work I take on

Integrations

Microsoft 365 and Graph, CRMs, accounting and booking systems, and the APIs between a client’s tools. Data moved between systems with every record checked.

Software rescue

A client’s app whose developer has gone. A fixed-price code and security review first, then fixes, a working build and support. No rewrite unless it’s needed.

Automation and internal tools

For your clients or your own team: onboarding, reporting, deployment and the scripts that hold it together. PowerShell, .NET, Node and web apps.

AI assistants, connected safely

Assistants that can read and work in a client’s own systems, with read-only modes, previews and confirmations, so they can’t do damage.

Hacked website cleanups

Backdoors out, the server rebuilt so one site can’t reach the others, and monitoring in place.

Some of the work

Who does what

With a referral

You find the work. I talk to the client, scope and quote it, do the job, invoice them and support them afterwards. The work carries my name.

With white label

You find the work, talk to the client and invoice them. I scope and quote it to you, do the job, and support it through you afterwards. The work carries your name.

How a job runs

  1. A short call or email about the problem, with you, or with the client on a referral.

  2. A fixed-price quote. When nobody knows what’s in the code, a fixed-price review comes first, so nobody quotes blind. Hourly only where the work can’t be scoped up front, agreed first.

  3. The work, with written updates as it goes.

  4. Handover: the code in the client’s own repository, documented, with tests where they matter, so it never depends on me.

  5. Support afterwards, quoted per client.

Who you deal with

Me, Dylan Leahy. Eight years at managed service providers, from support engineer to R&D and senior project engineer, and five as infrastructure manager for a global cyber security company, where I also helped develop its firewall and other products.

I know how an MSP works, what a change window is, and why a client’s software can’t break on a Monday morning.

Questions

Do my clients know about Leahy & Co?

With a referral, yes: they deal with me. With white label, no: the work and the invoices carry your name.

Who owns the code?

The client, always. It lives in their repository, not mine.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, before I see anything.

Where are you?

In the Perth Hills, working with partners anywhere. Everything is in writing, so time zones don’t get in the way.

How much can you take on?

A limited number of partner jobs at a time, so each one gets done properly. Tell me early if something big is coming.
