The information here is general and given in good faith. I keep it accurate and current as best I can, but it isn’t advice for your particular setup. For that, get in touch.

Quotes and engaging me

There are no prices on this site, because every job is different. Every job is quoted in writing before any work starts, and the quote says what’s included and how GST applies.

Sending an enquiry or having a chat doesn’t create a contract or commit you to anything. Work goes ahead only once you’ve accepted a written quote, and that quote, together with any terms that come with it, covers the work.

Names and intellectual property

The Leahy & Co name and logo, and the words and design of this website, belong to Leahy & Co unless noted otherwise. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

Product names mentioned on this site, such as Microsoft 365, Xero, MYOB, ServiceM8, Shopify, Square and Starlink, belong to their owners. They’re named only to describe what I work with, and naming them doesn’t mean any partnership or endorsement.

Other websites

This site links to other websites, including BuiltSite’s. I’m not responsible for the content of sites run by others, and a link isn’t an endorsement.

Availability and liability

I work to keep this website available and secure, but I can’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, or from not being able to use it.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction.
