A new CRM, without losing a single quote
Customers, contacts, suppliers, a product catalogue and years of quotes moved from an old CRM to a new one, with every link kept and every quote total checked against the old system.
Orders come in through the website and get typed into the accounts. Jobs are booked in one system and invoiced in another. Customer details live in three places, and they don’t match.
If you’re typing the same thing into two systems, they can probably talk to each other. I connect the systems you already pay for so the data moves on its own, and check it arrives right.
Xero or MYOB linked to your job management, point-of-sale or online store, so invoices, payments and stock line up without retyping.
ServiceM8, simPRO or Tradify connected to your accounts and calendar, so a booked job flows through to an invoice.
Square, Shopify and booking systems feeding your accounts and stock counts.
Customer details kept in one place and shared with email, calendars and the rest.
Changing CRM, accounts or job system without losing years of history: records moved with the links between them intact, every total checked against the old system, and the old one switched off only when the numbers match.
A message by email, in Teams or in a chat channel when an order lands, a backup fails or the link between two sites drops, so the right person knows without having to check.
Most of these products already connect to each other. Where a built-in connection does the job, I set that up rather than build something new. Where there isn’t one, I build it.
The products named here are examples of what I connect, not partnerships.

A look at how the work actually flows now: who enters what, where, and when.
A written quote for the connections, and what each one will do.
Setup and testing with real records, then a handover note: what moves where, and what to check if something looks off.

A Perth roofing business
A roofing business moved from a personal Hotmail address to email on its own domain, set up so it gets delivered and can’t easily be spoofed, with the website’s quote form sending through it.
Two holiday houses
A direct booking page that reads its calendar straight from Airbnb, so guests only ever see dates that are really free.
Usually not. Most of the time the systems you have can share data. Replacing one is a bigger decision, and I’ll only suggest it when it’s clearly worth it.
Connections are set up to tell someone when they fail, rather than going quiet. The handover note says what to look for, and you can get in touch to have it fixed.
Yes. The history comes across and is checked against the old system before anything is switched off. Your accountant usually has a say in the timing, and I’ll work with them.
I only have access for as long as the job needs it, and it’s removed when the job is done.
